What you can expect with us:

Ensuring the smooth technical operation of the shopping center

Coordinating external maintenance companies as well as maintaining, operating, and servicing all building services systems, especially electrical systems (EIB, KNX, BMS, elevators, escalators, ventilation systems)

Performing fault diagnostics, repairs, and minor installation work

Monitoring maintenance activities, inspections, and technical service providers

Documenting faults, meter readings, and technical measures

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations

Supporting events, emergency measures, and on-call duties

Close collaboration with the Technical Manager and the in-house technical team
What you should bring:
-
Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade, e.g. electrician, electrical technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, instrumentation and control technician, ventilation technician, or refrigeration technician

Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a shopping center or large commercial property

Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems

Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills
-
Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call duty

A valid driver’s license (car)

Fluent German language skills (at least C1 level)
